Inspections are taken on a first come, first serve basis and we need a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.   We do not perform same day inspections. When the schedule is full you will be given the next available date which could be 2 days out from the call in date. 

Inspections are performed Monday through Friday between 8AM and 3:30PM excluding holidays. 

When scheduling an inspection, you must leave the:

• Permit number
• Address
• Type of inspection
• Your name and phone number
• Desired date
• Desired time of AM or PM
•  AM schedule is between 8AM – 11AM 
•  PM schedule is between Noon – 3:30PM

If you need to coordinate a time to meet an inspector, you will need to call the morning of the inspection between 7AM and 8AM to coordinate with the inspector.

The inspectors leave the office at 8AM to begin inspections, so you will want to contact them prior to their departure.

FRAMING

Framing inspections cannot be performed prior to the plumbing and electrical rough-in inspection being scheduled and approved.

PLUMBING

With the exception of a final, the plumbing inspections MUST be called in by the plumbing contractor.
