CHILDCARE LICENSE UPDATE

Effective July 1, 2025, due to the passage of House Bill 243, the City of Coeur d'Alene will no longer issue licenses to childcare providers or facilities.

If you operate a childcare business from your home, you are still required to obtain a Home Occupation License through the City. You can apply online here:
