Commercial Submittal Checklist
At the time of a commercial building permit application submittal you will need to provide one paper set and one PDF of the plan set on a CD. Commercial plans and PDFs must have the appropriate State of Idaho licensed architect and/or engineer stamp, signature and date. A plan review fee is due at the time you submit the application and plans. Check or cash is preferred. A non-refundable convenience fee will be added for credit card payments.

Demolition Permit Application 

If the project is a complete demo, a separate demo permit is required. A separate demo permit could also be issued prior to issuance of the building permit.

Project Review Application
