PHYSICAL AGILITY TEST

The physical agility test is held at our training center and proctored by our firefighters. We do not accept CPAT; candidates must pass the CDA Fire physical agility test to be considered

ORAL BOARD INTERVIEWS

Candidates successfully completing the Written Exam and Physical Agility Test will be assigned a date, time and locations for the Oral Interview Exam.

The Oral Board Interview is a formal business interview that allows the Personnel Department to learn more about the candidates' skills, qualifications, background and interests.

Candidates who pass all three portions of the exams will be placed on an eligibility list according to performance. The list will be effective for two years. Openings during these two years will be filled from the candidates on this list.
