The Health Corridor master plan and economic feasibility study have been completed by the HDR team. The Planning Commission made a recommendation to the City Council that the urban renewal plan for the Health Corridor Urban Renewal Project is in conformity with the City's Comprehensive Plan on November 18 at a special call meeting. The City Council held a public hearing on November 19. There will be a second reading of the ordinance and a decision is anticipated by the City Council at their December 3 meeting. The decision will be whether to adopt the Urban Renewal Plan for the Health Corridor District with ignite cda and adopt an ordinance approving the urban renewal plan for the Health Corridor Urban Renewal Project, which plan includes revenue allocation financing provisions.
