G. O. Phippeny Park provides plenty of open space for kids to play, including children’s play equipment, basketball, off-street parking, a tree identification area, a picnic shelter and a portable shelter restroom. 

The Tree Identification Area features many different tree species, many of which are marked by commemorative plaques.
