Commercial Applications
At the time of a building permit application submittal, all applications will require one set of drawings and specifications in both paper and PDF (portable document format). Commercial plans and PDFs must have the appropriate State of Idaho licensed architect and/or engineer stamp, signature and date. A plan review fee is due at the time you submit the application and plans. Check or cash is preferred. A non-refundable convenience fee will be added for credit card payments.
All revisions to the original submittal require a Routing Form.
Building & Development
Commercial Building
For new construction, additions, tenant improvements.
Demolition
A separate demo permit is required for a complete demolition.
Mechanical, Plumbing & Infrastructure
Mechanical
HVAC, refrigeration, and related systems.
Plumbing
Water, sewer, and irrigation systems.
Encroachment
Required for work performed in the City right-of-way.
Project Management & Other Agencies
Project Review
$350 service — City staff review proposed projects for requirements and estimated costs. Call (208) 769-2267.
Permit Administration
Extensions and refunds for active permits.
Panhandle Health District
Forms required by Panhandle Health District for commercial projects.
