Appealing a Parking Ticket
If you would like to appeal a parking ticket, you must do so within 10 days of the violation. Click here to read City code on ticket appeals.
The City's process for parking ticket appeals is an all-online submittal system. To appeal a ticket, please fill out the parking ticket appeals form at the left-hand menu link and submit.
Parking ticket appeals are reviewed by an appeal officer, which is the City Administrator or their designee (currently the Deputy City Administrator, who is the City's staff member that works with the Parking Commission on parking issues) based on adopted City code related to parking, and a written decision is issued within 15 days of the appeal.
