Information Systems & Technology Division

The goal of the Information Systems and Technology Team (IT) is to provide quality, cost-effective computer hardware and software support to the employees of the City of Coeur d'Alene. The Team is responsible for determining automation needs; purchase of computers, peripherals and software; installation of all hardware and software; limited personal computer training; providing troubleshooting and technical support to employees.

The IT Team prides itself on being responsive to employees' needs in a timely, courteous manner. The staff includes: Brandon Jank, Network & Systems Administrator; Nick McCausland, GIS Coordinator; Shawn Phelps, Applications Database Developer; Kevin Zollman, IT Programmer; Nick Krenowicz, and Jon Bradbury, IT Technicians.
