The 27th Annual Car d'Lane Cruise and Show will be bigger and better than ever Friday, June 16, and Saturday, June 17, and downtown Coeur d'Alene will have various road closures for the festivities.

Car d'Lane is one of the premier, longstanding events in the community with thousands of residents and visitors alike attending to view classic cars and trucks from 1975 and earlier. The Cruise itself is from 6 to 9 p.m. and the Show is 8 to 4 p.m. Road closures occur earlier than the event to ensure ample time for vehicles to be moved and to help ensure pedestrian safety once the event begins.

Friday's Car d'Lane Cruise route is expanded this for more visitors to view and enjoy the classic cars. Saturday's full Car d'Lane Show will take up much of downtown Sherman and Lakeside avenues. The road closure of that area (detail below) will begin at 7 a.m. and last until 5 p.m. There will be numerous vehicle crossings on north and south streets to ensure motorists can continue to travel to businesses in the area.

The Coeur d'Alene Downtown Association operates the event.
