Lake City Public Library Closed Aug. 1-14

Lake City Public Library (LCPL) will be closed Aug. 1-14 due to school district maintenance.
Located within the Lake City High School library at 6101 Ramsey Rd., LCPL has its own collection of books, computers for public use, and public Wi-Fi. The branch can be designated to receive items placed on hold from any library in the Cooperative Information Network.
LCPL has extended summer hours until school resumes. Hours are Mondays and Wednesdays, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.; Tuesdays, 1-5 p.m.; and Thursdays, 1-7 p.m.
After the closure children’s programs will resume at LCPL including LEGO Club, Tuesdays at 10 a.m., and Storytime (geared for preschool and younger school-aged children), Wednesdays at 10 a.m.
School-year hours are Monday through Thursday, 3-6:30 p.m.
