The city of Coeur d’Alene has hired a consulting firm to conduct a housing needs assessment—and the community is invited to participate. Through an online survey, the city is seeking feedback in making important decisions about housing and community issues.

They survey can be found on the city’s website at cdaid.org. Click on the “Housing Survey” button.

Coeur d’Alene residents have a valuable perspective that will help us determine housing and community needs. It is expected that the survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Those who complete the survey will be entered into a drawing for a $100 Visa gift card. The survey will be open until March 31.

Public computers at the Coeur d’Alene Public Library are available to those who do not have a computer. Hard copies of the survey will be available this week at the St. Vincent de Paul Help Center, 201 E. Harrison Ave., and in the City Hall customer survey center.

This survey is not associated with any political party or election. It is not a polling instrument and there is no ballot issue associated with this research. Your responses are completely confidential and will only be reported in combination with other responses. If you have any questions about this survey, would like to request a paper version of the survey or require a reasonable accommodation to enable you to participate in the survey please contact Christy Pushchak: [email protected] or 800-748-3222 ext. 261.
